Patrick David
Chief Marketing Officer
Patrick is responsible for Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Strategy at OneWorld Connections. He is the lead Champion of our people processes and marketing direction. In addition to Human Resources, Patrick retains responsibility for Marketing and Corporate Communication where he leads the business development team in growing our partnerships with our clients. He is also involved in One World Connections Brand Management an initiative ensuring the OneWorld brand is carried across all mediums in reaching out to our internal and external customers.
Prior to joining OneWorld Connections, Patrick has worked with Hinduja Global Solutions, Ford America, IBM and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Patrick has been involved in a number of consulting roles and engagements across the Asia Pacific Region and the United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Melbourne University, Australia, and an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management from Hartford University, Connecticut, USA. Patrick is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a candidate Lead Assessor for the People Capability Maturity Model.
Pradeep Kumar
Head, Service Delivery and Operations
Pradeep, has 10 years of experience as a Workforce and Operations Management Professional from the Financial Services and BPO Industry – AMEX. Strong expertise in Workforce Management, Operations & Process Improvement strategies.

Arvy Villamarzo
Head of Human Resources
A seasoned trainer with 15 years of experience in the call center industry. Before joining OWC, he worked at Sutherland Global Services as Director for Training and at IBM Daksh as Deputy General Manager for Training. Before this, he established the training department of Parlance Systems, the call center of ePLDT. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, he uses Quality tools to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training programs for agents and support employees. He studied Teaching English as a Second Language at the University of California in Irvine, and is a graduate of Business Administration from UP Diliman.
Joy Jusayan
Head of Training
Joy has over 10 years work experience in the BPO and IT industries with strong expertise in language and soft skills training, delivering leadership training and developing training programs. Prior to OneWorld Connections, Joy has been associated with companies BayanTrade Group of Companies Inc. where she was responsible for standardized the learning development programs of all employees and the standardization of processes for quality assurance, product updates and client relations. Joy was also a Training Manager – IBM Daksh Business Process Services Philippines Inc. where she launched a major account with a ramp of more than 300 headcount per month and streamlined processes within the training department.
